Iain Macwhirter If it’s taken away in England there are no ‘Barnett Consequentials’ to fund it in Scotland. Devolved matters in Scotland are dependent on decisions made at Westminster. Scotland has control of a fraction of the tax raising powers that the UK has. Independence is the solution.
