“I love L.A. How can you not see that? I suppose the book is, in the end, a failure if it betrays none of the sense of deep feeling I have about the city. But that’s where being a radical comes in — you have to rain on the parade.”

Both are terrible, though if I was forced to do this job for them I'd rather do 5,000 words for $100 than 500,000 words for the same.
(Did I do that math correctly?)

Seriously? Not sure what's worse, the dismally low pay rate or the numerous grammatical errors in a posting asking for 'text without grammar mistakes.'

Anyone know the story on this MeierPartners proposal for 3 Columbus Circle? Or any proposal for the site?
I haven't heard of any competition or development on that block behind MAD.
MP website has some renderings and design description but no other info: meierpartners.com/project/columb…

These two SLCE towers, both of which just started construction, will face each other across Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Normally I'd ignore such blandness, but they both in today's YIMBY Tweets newsletter and look like a spot the difference game.
