In the current bleaching event, quite some extensive bleaching is being observed in the shallow waters, but also few thermal tolerant colonies that are not turning white. We will keep you posted on what data reveals concerning the ongoing coral bleaching surveys.

Superb presentation at the FoO course about #raptor ID & conservation by Shiv of Kenya Bird of Prey Trust at their rehab centre & in Hell's Gate Nat Park. African raptors have declined by >75% in 40 years. The Trust is doing an awesome job to change that. #birds #birdofprey
