A typical challenge is it’s hard to be specific, yet anonymous. Facilitators can solve that, but it’s expensive and hard to scale.

AI could probably solve that, right now.

When I sold my company, some people called me a “sell-out.”

But I told every employee, before they even started, that this was the goal. And everyone made money.

If your product is 30% better, it’s not worth the effort, risk, time, retooling, to switch from an existing solution.

Has to be 2x better at least. Shoot for 5x, so it’s a no brainer.

Almost impossible…

But then you win, and it was worth the effort.

If you buy the domain name and then decide to make the company, and build the product, does that mean you believe in destiny?

“Good things come in threes,” they say.

Although for some cultures, 3 is an evil number.

Who knows… what I do know, is that you should pick the number of things for that list for reasons other than these.

A note to 'perfectionists':

Every day I speak to so many people who're afraid of shipping.

They have so much potential.

Many great ideas.

And possible profitable businesses inside them.

But their fear of failure prevents them from making it a reality.

The fear of being not…

So true. I try to fight this.

Social media is a good training ground. Often I’ll take a strong stance, see many solid counter-arguments, and immediately and publicly respond, saying so, agreeing with them.
