British Airways I dunno if u will see this or care to respond.
But U damaged my luggage to the point where the contents were soaked.
I filed a claim & provided receipts for the replacement as requested, yet everytime I ask for an update I am told to submit the receipts again.

Phone is broken, it's been almost 5 days, and Google Fi Wireless Google Pixel is refusing to help. I pay for device protection and they've verified this is be covered. They just won't actually fulfill the claim and send a replacement. I can't work. Unacceptable.
