Yesterday marked 1 year since the arbitrary detention of renowned academic Dr. Gubad Ibadoghlu by the Azerbaijani government. As Co-Chairs of the Senate Human Rights Caucus, Senator Thom Tillis and I, and 8 bipartisan colleagues, are calling for his unconditional & immediate release.
