I hate Verizon so much. They make it impossible to access your account to change payment info, shut your cell off 2 wks later & demand you pay what's due plus what's already cued for autopay the next month. Fuck you. National Grid isn't even half as bad with electricity.

I have to stop what I'm doing 3x a month to fix shit with Verizon bc I have 3 accounts & its impossible to access each one at the same time. So behind. Spectrum looks better & better.
