Today KS1 launched their topic with a fire! We watched the fires and talked about what we could see, hear, smell and feel.

Storytelling Club - The Year 5 and 6 children enjoy reading to the younger children.

Fun in the garden, drawing the characters from the Ugly Five, Building and working together - how many children can fit into a house? Samuel looking snazzy!

We all loved using our knowledge of symmetry to make symmetrical butterflies in the garden.

KS1 are still learning about symmetry - today we are using Kenyan colours to make symmetrical patterns. We did this on the carpet first and then applied what we had learnt to make out own grids.

In KS1 we are learning all about symmetry in maths, Here are the children in Kenya Class making a grid symmetrical with Kenyan animals and symbols.
