At the BAA 5K this past marathon weekend, the top 15 men set personal bests 🔥 Ben Flanagan set a 13:26 Canadian Record with his 2nd place finish. His ‘Very Nice Track Club’ teammate Morgan Beadlescomb won the race in 13:25.
