Targeting civilians has been #Hezbollah's specialty in #Syria ever since 2011. It was central in squeezing the life out of besieged areas, starving civilians 2 death in Madaya etc - all to keep #Assad in power who displaced 50% of Syria's population & forciby disappeared >100.000
