The convection of #PTC8 is looking more organized and the pressure is dropping but it very asymmetric and frontal. It has 3 hours or so before landfall to reach tropical storm classification. 2+ ft surge/wind gusts of 50+ mph/6+ inches of rain will impact NC regardless of name.
