Thank you Ned Boulting 🏳️⚧️ and David Millar for mentioning the long history of the Tour of Britain and setting the context for the current iteration of Lloyds Bank Tour of Britain in commentary today. Great work by British Cycling and Lloyds Bank in making it happen.
This new bridge featured on the Tour of Britain. It has probably eased car journey times around Lowestoft. It cost more to complete than the entire annual budget for Chris Boardman CBE’s Active Travel England. Driving is the most publicly subsided transport mode in the country.
