Today, more than 10,000 students with their teachers and parents got to enjoy interactive science experiments at Coors Field. This is for STEM Day! I attended and it was an absolutely blast. Here's a recap!

Every time I see a drone show, I just get so impressed. These drones are preprogrammed to fly in formation like this. There are about 60 drones in the sky above Coors Field.

Check out this smoke show. Liquid nitrogen that is 320 degrees below zero. Now look at the way it spreads across Coors Field. This is surely a sight to see.

Now watching Dinger and Steve Spangler shoot toilet paper out of a leaf blower is pretty exciting. The toilet paper is just flowing through the sky. 🧻

I mean what’s better than balls being shot out of barrels like a cannon. The little kid in me is coming out as an adult. This is so much fun to cover!

This is my first time ever being this close to the field at Coors Field. This is for the STEM Science show. This is for 10,000 students, teachers and parents to see drone shows and an egg drop competition. We have more at noon!

A crash and diesel truck spill are causing major backups in the Commerce City area. One at the intersection of 104th and Tower Road and another off of I-76 in the same area. Here's what we know!

I am seeing a crash that is causing some major traffic backups in Commerce City. The left lane is closed on I-76 between 104th Avenue and US 85. The westbound lanes on I-76 has a delay of 23 minutes.

We have just arrived to a semi leaking diesel incident in Commerce City. This is at 10300 Tower Road in the southbound lanes. Police and fire crews are on scene assisting. The right lane is blocked at this time.

We are seeing some pretty big backups on I-270 this morning. This is in the westbound and eastbound lanes at York Street in Welby. I-70 to I-25 in both directions will take about seven minutes.

The crash in this area is clear. We just drove around it.

A crash is causing huge backups in Welby. The right lane is closed as you head southbound between 84th Avenue and US 36. This is a closer look with our copter. It looks like at least two cars are involved. There is a ten minute delay through the area.

Here is a closer look at a crash I’ve been reporting in Denver this morning. The right lane is closed heading eastbound on 6th Avenue and Federal. It looks like the car spun out of control. You can see tire marks on the road. The car also has extensive damage up front.
