And that would mean Danielle Smith is totally wrong and has no understanding of the benefits of renewable power. Surely she isn't trying to mislead Albertans, who have the highest electricity rates, to support her friends in the gas industry by halting renewable power?

Excellent piece. When the Greenbelt Act was passed in 2005 there was as much developable land between the northern GTA boundary and southern Greenbelt boundary as in ALL existing GTA housing lands. Destroying the Greenbelt is unnecessary and the premise is a lie.
