Last week I learned why people do cold exposure.

I was jet lagged & sleep deprived. Did cryotherapy for 3 min at -112°C. Immediately had a clean coffee high; wiping out my sluggishness.

Doing it before when well rested, I couldn't feel any difference.

Do this with me for 5 days straight:

+ Read (book or audio) 15 minutes before bed
+ Active sleep mode in your mind...
+ Redirecting any thoughts of to do's, concerns, & ideas to tomorrow. You have all day.
+ No screens
+ Hit the pillow with a clear head. No ruminations.

Bad sleep for me is usually from:
1. Eating late
2. Too much/wrong kinds of food
3. Skipping 30 min wind down before bed
4. Stimulants too late in the day
5. Bed/room temp too hot/cold
6. Disruptions: noise, others
