Year 12 in the books at LHS. Through all the ups and downs, I'm going to miss so many of my students. Now I'm going to go cry.

In March 2020 I was as heavy as any time in my life at 225. Then the pandemic happened. Within two months I was down to 190. Fast food restaurants reopening and a torn Achilles later, I was back near 220. Well, got on the scales and I'm back down to 198.6. Oh happy day!

One year ago today I spoke to my dad for the last time. Within hours he was put into a medically induced coma and never again woke up. An important talk that needed to occur did not. If you have things that must be said, say them. You never know when the last time might be.
