Overindulged “bulking” phases & radical “cutting” phases result in an endless loop of gaining & losing the same 5-10lbs of fat with very little, if any, gain in actual muscle. Body comp takes a hit - making it harder to gain muscle AND lose fat in the future. What ya got?
