This was after our review, after changes to HR policy, and the Editor seem quite surprised and said, “I thought things were much better.” PEOPLE RARELY SPEAK.

Distrust and tension in newsrooms (not just Bell Media PR) is endemic, according to the #TakingCareSurvey . It stems from a “suck it up” industry culture defined by stress, trauma exposure and overwork where well-being is poorly managed. We need change, IMHO.
