I was at Busega toll point at 10.45pm, used expressway to Entebbe. Lighting is great. Kudos! Just a little thing; motorists jumping queue like this UBH 370V & security personnel do nothing, & ticketing officers serve them! Can't UNRA_UGANDA enforce order here! Surely, Allan Ssempebwa K.!

Charles O. Bichachi Charles, this is my worry a Minister gets excited to take a ride from Kampala to Namanve as if they when they came to power, the railway system was not functional.
These questions we should as Mr. Museveni as accountability for what happened to the railway transport in Uganda 🇺🇬

We have a garbage problem, exacerbated by garbage thinking from garbage minds. How did we get here? That public space can be abused like this foolishly not knowing they it will return to affect you? How do we get out of kaveera, pampers, domestic waste problem? Govt or community?

This is great! To have an impact, aressts should be consistent and spread out. There are those that have installed bright LED tube lights on their vehicles. Please touch them too.

DBwambale I tell my friends that our traffic issue is due to poor planning and not population and they don't believe it.

Two lane roads exiting city center, no potholes, and a divider in the middle and traffic would all but be gone in Kampala.

Phase out 14 seaters and we are set.

Comrades, we thank you for your tireless efforts towards driving the Railways agenda in Uganda. You have had all the reasons to shun us and our activities, but you haven't. Instead, you have chosen to push harder for us to do better. We thank you.

Ugandans are mad that the president uses pejoratives like 'fools,' when referring to some of them in his speeches abroad.
Granted, but what sort of people live in a failing state ruled by a corrupt government for 4 decades yet they seem more concerned about football and nyash?

Compare train systems of Uganda & Tanzania.
Frame 1 & 2 for Uganda
Frame 3 & 4 for Tanzania. These advancements have been made during the term of their respective presidents' leadership. It is worth noting that Uganda's train system has remained unchanged for the past 38 years.

Pathy. (PMP)® Charles O. Bichachi UNRA_UGANDA What a travesty if that road isn't on the radder of any upcoming road projects given the impact it would have on decongesting Kampala Jinja highway.
Allan Ssempebwa K. tell us if UNRA has any plans for upgrading it, could be the reason World Bank didn't consider it for GKMA projects

Charles O. Bichachi We've noted that he has always won because of the propaganda. We are lucky that we can ably deconstruct it. We're prosecuting the issues too, and he has zero on that front.

Burundi really is lucky.
From ideal conditions for fruits, coffee and even palm oil.
Plus raw materials for fertiliser. Agricultural MVPs.
If only the government could get its act right.

Burundi is one country that cld be a leading fruits exporter if it got its act together. It has great climate & fertile soils. Muramvya & Rumonge provinces are particularly well suited. Best tangerines I have eaten were in Rumonge. Burundi shd pick a leaf from Botswana. Edgar Tabaro

The twists & turns with the “digital number plates” saga keeps going. Apparently, the foreign company - Russian - behind the project wants access to ALL Uganda Police CCTV cameras across the country as part of the project.
