Are we supposed to just ignore the CQC's total failure as a regulator? Its failure to fulfil any of its obligations to protect the public? What a joke. Honestly, CQC just might as well not exist at this point. And now the push for change is focused on all the wrong things!?

Our BF support with 2nd daughter gave us a long story of how she knew how we felt about our 1st daughter dying...because she was DEFENCE in a similar case. We got the whole story. Still makes my blood boil that I didn't tell her to get lost! Compassionless & self involved.

Today I learned that my complaint to the Care Quality Commission has been 'partially upheld' - the part they've rejected is their lack of communication with me about Beatrice's death and the possibility of an investigation They say they don't talk to families before making a decision.

We have a month to fight this. We have informed the police but we as much help as we can. The Trust needs to be held accountable for the death of my son and almost the death of myself for the systemic issues. We feel the #cqc have purposely run down the clock.

Yet again Care Quality Commission blames their lack of action on the three year time limit for prosecutions. But they know the limit exists and deliberately do nothing until it is 'too late'. Baby Orlando and his family deserve so much better.

Clearly a very broken system, to report baby Orlando's death after 3 months and STILL not have enough time. Or they are deliberately running down 3 years. 12 wks after your child dies is a very short timeframe to expect coherent thought, they had as much time as possible. Corrupt
