My ending? Drogon goes ham on Jon, not the throne. Jon is unburnt. Drogon bows and so do the Unsullen, recognizing game. John takes the throne, frees Tyrion...and then gives The exact speech Tyrion gives...leaving the throne to Sansa instead of Bran, and takes the North.
