Thank you Surrey Cricket for hosting a fantastic day at the Oval for a group of young carers
The young carers loved meeting players, watching the cricket & meeting Caesar the Lion
Days like these make a big difference for young carers in getting a break from their caring role

Fantastic news from England and Wales Cricket Board and the UK Government this morning! This additional funding will enable us to grow our partnerships with Lord's Taverners, Chance to Shine and The ACE Programme Charity, and support us in our mission to make cricket a game for all across Surrey and south London.
The Prime Minister was at The Kia Oval this morning to announce a £35 million investment in grassroots cricket and state schools.
The investment will see charities such as The ACE Programme Charity and Chance to Shine receive additional funding for their vital work ⤵️
