A new study shows these very polite fish form queues in emergencies. When evacuating through narrow spaces, schools of neon tetra fish (𝑃𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑖) queue so that they don’t collide or clog up the line.

A paper was recently published @nature showing that octopuses have two sleep cycles & that 'the range of similarities with vertebrates indicates that aspects of two-stage sleep in octopuses may represent convergent features of complex cognition.'
