Great talk from Mary Samplaski, MD at #CUA24 discussing the role of Testosterone therapy in men with a desire for fertility. ✅ Upfront counseling is very important as many patients are not aware that exogenous T lowers sperm count! ✅ Clomiphene/hCG can mitigate this risk.
