Absurd. Let me rant for a second... The SEC’s relentless pursuit of NFTs under the guise of regulatory oversight is a farce. For years, the SEC has been fixated on bringing digital assets like NFTs, which are predominantly used for consumptive purposes, within their jurisdiction
