These days the horses get to be walked down the main high. street alongside vintage cars and tractors.

Two years ago I hadn't really registered what a mistle thrush was until I saw the outline and heard the call of one while I was working and looked it up. This morning I watched one inquisitively poking around the nursery. It's breast markings are just so beautiful. Who knew?
