Great to hear NI Commissioner for Children and Young People commenting on CCE and drawing on insights from evidence. Many children were likely to be victims on Monday (even if they don't recognise it). Many also continue to be victims when the cameras move away.
The Commissioner was on BBC Radio Foyle this morning discussing the shocking scenes on Easter Monday in Londonderry.
βOften young people donβt see themselves as victims. They donβt understand that they are being exploited.β ~ Chris Quinn
