finally got it to work!

the Cosmos SDK gov module, upon a successful proposal, executing a privileged function on a CosmWasm contract on another chain via interchain account (ICA)

We just published v5.0.0-rc0 with SDK 0.46.

A second RC will follow (most likely) next week. We will tag it once the @CosmosSDK team releases 0.46.1 and we complete some remaining QA testing. You can follow the progress on this milestone.

Hi, as part of cosmos-db, Cosmos SDK would drop support for boltdb and badgerdb.

This is a check to make sure that no one is using those databases, otherwise we should make migration tools that help users move to goleveldb or pebbledb.
