Well done to Roderic O’Gorman TD for all his work on reducing childcare costs in Ireland. The subsidy increase commencing on Monday will result in total reductions of up to €96.30 weekly, or over €5,000 a year, per child. A new fee cap will also be introduced from Sept 2025.
