Since everyone has been asking, here is my thread on how to conclusively test for neurotypicality. It's very important that people not self-diagnosis as neurotypical since they will take up resources meant for SEVERELY neurotypical people.

A helpful intervention reiterating some very good points about the value of the humanities, access to a humanities education, and the need for a robust independent regulator, even if one might not be optimistic that a coherent and effective policy approach will emerge.

The wording is very similar to the Public Order Act 1986 but seemingly neglects to notice that “insulting” was removed from s5 (compare old and revised).
