Great to hear Louise Haigh! Bikes are healthy, clean, cheap *and crucially* very space efficient. So, they can move a lot more people without causing a traffic jam. So, the more people that swap driving for cycling, the easier those who still need to drive will be able to travel.

In many other European countries this is totally normal and consequently you see lots of children out and about on their own and many people cycling well into their 80s and beyond. Cycling is cheap, healthy and convenient. There’s no reason why we can’t have this too.
