Two-time Olympian Ben St Lawrence, 40, won the men's side of #UTMBAustralia 50K last Saturday in Katoomba, NSW in 3:54:29.

The FurmanXC women were the only team in any of the NCAA Conference XC Championships to score a perfect 15 points😯

Gasoline prices (blue line) continue to fall in the USA. They are now essentially the same as they were in March. They are down 25% from their peak in June.

Diesel prices have also fallen, but not as much.
