There are too many unknowns for now. I suspect the JV’s position will evolve based on inquiry and sentiment. Going to be hard to pull a fast one the @ftc IMHO.

If the FTC & U.S. Department of Justice have reservations about the merger of two airlines, it’s plausible they would also view a triple alliance among the largest media companies with skepticism. Not good for customers or leagues!

The streaming landscape has morphed into a labyrinthine venn diagram, courtesy of bundled offers & 'plus' services, leading consumers to inadvertently pay for the same content multiple times. I suspect U.S. Department of Justice FTC may want to step in and protect consumers.

Not bad. There are others such as Hulu+ live TV and Playstation Vue (RIP).

This is not the first time and certainly not the last.
