Non-competes are dead. Great news. The way I saw them used:

Weak company pretends to be strong.
New hire believes they are joining the winner, signs the agreement.
They learn the space and want to jump to the better co. The non-compete is intimidating.
If they jump, no one sues.

Every day I check my ShipHero dashboard and see how much profit our warehouses generated the prior day.

I don't know how I ran this business without that. Actually I do know well I ran it - not very well at all.

We are behind schedule on spending $1 million this year on How to Run an Amazing Warehouse. Trying to catch up.

We are launching an in person academy in DFW, Texas next month with a 3 day training and certification on the warehouse operating system.

If there was nothing to fix, we wouldn't have jobs.
