Today, we joined our partners to review the initial draft of the Rapid Threat Assessment on Violent Extremism in high-risk communities in Uganda.

This assessment will be vital in building more targeted & impactful interventions in addressing the threats of violent extremism.

It was a privilege to host the esteemed UN in Uganda Heads of Agencies for the monthly Country Team meeting.

📢 UNODC Eastern Africa is glad to announce today a US$7 million funding from US Dept of State INL to modernize the Kenya National Police Service College, Main Campus in Kiganjo. The Project will support Kenya Police Service to enhance training operations, improve talent development and upgrade facilities.
