Shocking customer service McDonald's UK Leighton. Drive thru > order x2 McFlurry > pay with card > McF machine broken, didn't want an alternative. Rude staff member gave us CASH refund. Counted it - not the right amount. Went inside to complain. No apology, no McFlurry. Not happy
