Time to put Govt on a financial diet. Slowly cut: 1. Foreign Aid 2. Funding Private Organizations. 3. Welfare to non-citizens. 4. Welfare to corporations. 5. Funding of the UN. 6. Student loans. 7. Congress pay raises unless approved by citizen vote.
