ERO Miami, Jacksonville sub-office successfully removed a national of Chile with ties to a South American Theft Group & arrested for burglary, possession of heroin, & possession of meth. We will continue to focus on arresting & removing noncitizens that pose a risk to the public.

On Aug. 15 ERO Stuart Fugitive Operations worked in conjunction with Jupiter PD & DEAMiami and arrested a Mexican national on criminal charges that included drug possession with intent to distribute & possession of fake IDs. Subsequently, he was placed in removal proceedings.

Today ERO Miami removed a Dominican national back to his homeland where he is wanted for murder. This individual also had multiple arrests and convictions for cocaine trafficking and possession he was also convicted of illegal re-entry after deportation.

Today ERO Miami-Stuart Fugitive Operations arrested a Jamaican national in Boca Raton, FL. The non-citizen is wanted by the Jamaican government for Child Rape and will be placed into removal proceedings for illegally entering the U.S.
