We didn't have an opioid epidemic until U.S. FDA approved them.
We have had a smoking epidemic long before FDA Tobacco was created by Congress.
FDA is now using other enforcement agencies to seize vapes, while overdoses killed 100,000 last year.

Hey CDC’s Division of Adolescent and School Health when can we expect 2023 results for the YRBS? I've now been able to track down:

-WA (not a YRBS, but 2023 #s )

Just saying, may help fed lawmakers understand their isn't a youth vaping epidemic.

11/I can't believe this lady is bringing up youth use - literally, 1.1% of 8th, 10th, and 12th graders were using SNUS products in 2023.
It was an 80.2% decrease from 2012...
