In 2022, more than 1 million New York ADULTS were using e-cigarettes... and we know that adults use flavored ones... the policies already put in place are why there are unregulated products because you ignore the adult data on e-cigarette use...

DYK? In 2023, in Maine, there were less high school kids reporting current e-cigarette use than in Massachusetts?
Also note - both states have the same % of kids ever-trying an e-cigarette...
Just saying lawmakers, looks like same results for 2023 regardless of bans.

This actually gets worse...
Note that 16% of MA HS students reported current vape use... yet, more than three-fourths think 'most people their age use' e-cigarettes...
But even worse, less students believe smoking cigarettes is harmful than believe vaping is harmful (64% to 66%)
