The Missouri Military Preparedness & Enhancement Commission held its quarterly meeting on 12 December at NGA in St. Louis, receiving updates from installation leadership, defense industry, & community partners. MMPEC also toured Jefferson Barracks alongside Governor Mike Parson.

Stopped by Rosecrans Air National Guard Base in St. Joseph this morning to address the MO Military Preparedness & Enhancement Committee and tour expansion & improvement efforts across the base. It’s great to see strong partnerships among our state, local, & military leaders.

The Office of the Missouri Military Advocate was pleased to take part in a celebration honoring Five-Star Generals Omar N. Bradley and John J. Pershing hosted outside Governor Mike Parson's office today. Both men influenced the course of our nation and the world through their service.

It was an honor attending the change of command ceremony at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant on July 18th. Congratulations to incoming commander Lt. Col. Brian Jones on assuming command. Many thanks and best wishes to outgoing commander Lt. Col. Christopher Denton.

It was a pleasure accompanying Gov. Parson Governor Mike Parson on a recent State Partnership Program visit to Panama where he had the opportunity of “coining” Missouri National Guard Missouri National Guard Soldiers for their performance in joint Panamanian security force exercises.
