Agree 100%. Cloud is great when starting out, but you MUST HAVE AN OFF-RAMP!! This is what makes me so excited about Kamal. Start on somthing like Digital Ocean/Hetzner, validate that the business is sound and needs to use whole computers, then buy your own and deploy the same.
