i never met Dallas Penn, but have had a reverence and respect for him since the mid 00’s. This was perhaps THE FIRST viral video I saw on YouTube, and I knew Rafi from hip hop forums, so it felt like watching friends winning. always loved Dallas on Combat Jack, a great mind. RIP.
