Isn't the macro of this roti better than the multigrain nonsense roti that some so called self learnt #jamtara #nutritionist push to their clients. Multigrain roti can never be low carb. LCHF 101 the Indian way -- it needs BRAINS & not lashing tongue that lies thru the teeth.
