Zipcar is nothing but a ripoff. I got a car that was nearly E. They give you a gas card but it does not work. I have spent more than an hour trying to get reimbursed, and I keep getting obdurate customer service people. Is zip owned by Avis? They do not help customers!!!!!

Does anyone have a good telephone number for UPS Customer Service (if there is such a thing). I paid for next-day delivery of a package which is now being delayed by 72 hours. The email and automated complaint methods are unproductive and frustrating. Help!!!!
