Beware the gastrorenal shunt in gastric varices #BSGLive24 Srisha Hebbar ❓These connect GVs with left renal vein + drain 80% of IGVs 👉 1. Risk of embolisation with glue 2. EUS guided treatment may be better - allows coiling to reduce glue volume 3. Consider BRTO vs TIPS
