Achieving ESC targets is a struggle. Only 40% of the very high risk met ESC target (LDL-C ⬇️ of ≥50% + LDL-C <1.4) even with PCSK9i. Those who didn't were on monotherapy. Combination lipid lowering therapies is a must.
