Interesting to see where ADCs will go in neoadjuvant TNBC.

4 cycles sacituzumab=pCR rate 30%

4 cycles Dato-Dxd + Durva = pCR rate ?

How can these compete with Keynote 522= pCR rate >60%

Important to explore new ADCs. Also critical to understand how ADCs currently perform in our pts. Ongoing clinical trials testing the activity of ADCs in patients with brain metastases or LMD.

Hope to see even more inclusion in clinical trials moving forward - not only in breast cancer, but in other solid tumors as well!

This is common sense to me.

I do feel like smart phones have contributed to medical burnout in a major way.

I would love to do a trial with an intervention of old school pagers and paper charts versus EMR and smart phones and see how burnout reduces dramatically.

But also, intracranial response rates over 30% for both ADCs which brings so much hope for an entire drug class for the treatment of CNS metastases!

T-DXd is the premier ADC for the treatment of pts with HER2+ MBC BrMs.

The analysis underscores the pressing need to investigate T-DXd in HER2-low BrMs, active HER2+ BrMs across solid tumors, and LMD.
We suggest default inclusion of pts with BrMs into clinical trials of ADCs.

These sort of reports are losing their novelty quickly. AI can probably do most tests/reports as well as average specialists in most fields. That is not the question. The question is: how can we use it to make healthcare better, and to make doctoring more humane and useful.
