Still processing the end of PASSIM.se. European Research Council (ERC) gave me the chance to work with a brilliant team. Yesterday, that team gave me the best departing gift a PI could ask for: an engraved champagne cooler, champagne, and this note. 🫶🍾

Fall term has begun. Today, I’m curled up in bed with a cold-but last week I got my 15 secs of fame, being interviewed about Marie Curie for a coming documentary. My oldest daughter’s comment? “Very Kardashian.” Ah well, Such is life in Academia. Not. 🙄
