My thoughts on Howie Roseman getting “social media GM” allegations for his recent drafts:

I don’t think many were blown away by Howie’s draft picks in 2022. I actually remember feeling like Jordan Davis over Kyle Hamilton was a mistake. The excitement was based on his franchise

Rookie Cam Akers was special ☹️

Looks to me like the Vikings wanted Maye, but weren't OBSESSED in the end

I had to double check if that first quote was real 😭😭

He needs to be pro bowl caliber from the jump if/when he sits for 2+ years

Didn’t bother watching the Lakers game because we all knew exactly what was happening

Some GMs that have shown inspiring process recently and made me a believer in what they’re building (AKA Him Watch):

- Chris Ballard
- Ryan Poles
- Monti Ossenfort
- Eliot Wolf

It’s deserved! The fact that the biggest dirt I could dig up on him is trading up for a receiver that has still been plenty useful and has more in the tank is a massive testament to the job he’s done
